when can i start another plant outside. I think its 2 late this year. im in NC.

You can plant MJ outside after you are confident that there will be no more frost.
It wouldn't hurt to start 'em indoors, then move 'em outdoors after they get about 6 to 8 inches tall & have a good head start.
Animals love to eat the fresh tender shoots of new seedlings.

Good time to start is in April. They don't do to good in the winter.

Doper your just below Canada so your almost the same time as us for putting outdoor out. Usually the forth week in May, thats the last time for frost before the summer hours start. All depends when you want to crop, If you plant May you'll crop around early mid-September. If you plant Mid June you'll crop late October.

MJ is a "photo sensetive" plant. It reacts to the hours of light it recieves, it finishes with the season. In other words, it makes no difference if you plant in March or in June, they will begin flowering and finish at the same time.

im in north carolina, not really close 2 canada. but yeah since it won't bud until the light changes any way, if i started as soon as the frost stops would that be okay. that would be better right.make it a damb tree!
