I myself don't know alot about hydropontics growing but last night I was downloading vids on my Limewire and I came across a kick ass grow vid,It will lead you through the set up of a veg room,and a flower room,It operates on the basics of a drip irrigation system for the vegitative stage and an ebb and flow set up with potting pellets and rock wool for the flowering stage. In the video he quote that he was able to havenst a fourth of a pound every 2 months.The Video is called I GROW CHRONIC staring the Green Man,I found that the vid would be great for the beginners that wanna go Hydro or for the vetrans who have thought of it but never knew how.Hope ya find this somewhat a provision for the Hydro section if not feel free to move it.

Hey Bong-O... I downloaded the vid you are talking about and man it is a nice tool for a beginner. This man breaks down everything you need to know. I believe I will be watching this a few more times and building a set up that can mock what he is doing. Thanks alot man.

The file is hella too big to send in a email it would take about 20 mins to download from email.Stop being lazy,download Limewire,and download the grow vid.Just go to http://www.limewire.com download it.Then download the grow vid....and can one of the mods or someone who knows tell me how to do that thing where the link says click here.
