Actually, I think it should be legal, medical or otherwise! It is 100% natural, dammit! Not something concocted in a laboratory somewhere. Unfortunately, the pharmaceutical companies have their hooks ($$$$) into too many of the crooked politicians out there. Lobbying for the next "wonder pill" that looks good today, but will cause too many adverse side effects to remain viable. I think big brother is here to stay. The politicians / judges don't give a shit about what the people want. They only care about lining their own pockets.
