My dad has Diabeties, insomniac, mood swings, pain from time to time, problems going to and staying asleep, Depresion, and Numbness in his right arm. He has been offered a weed card but does not like smoking weed. But if he would start would it help or improve his condition

he probly doesn't like smoking cause the high fucks with his brain. i get bad highs sometimes and i know ppl that won't even smoke it casue it makes em to paraniod. i'd say it would help with his sleeping and pain, so just have him fire one up right before bed.

I don't know if it would. I think a disclaimer of this is opinion is in order.
It can deal with symptoms but the individual is a complex issue. In some cases i understand it can treat illness direct.
Since his symptoms combine to form a more complex problem I'm not sure.
I mean if he was depressed and could get a buz and laugh with friends that would help imo.
If he couldn't sleep then a regular dosing at the same time the same amount of a great strain each day might aid in regulating brain activity so that it might be easy to sleep in a short time after smoking but, some strains could take the individual the other way. Numbness sounds like a lower back issue so what I am thinking is hot tub, massage, a light meal and then exercise first.
