Ash as source of phosphate (i.e. Forest fires)

cannagirl
So let me tell you. I'm REALLY broke. I had a job interview this morning and I think I will get it, but I won't get paid for another 2 weeks. I am running so low on my nutes. I need more phosphate.

This is totally out there. But I watch a lot of National Geographic and forest/wild fires are very good for the environment. It's an explosian of phosphate and triggers new growth.

Could I throw my bong ash in my DWC? Sorry if this is a totally dumb question....

Brain fart...is it phospherous i'm thinking of or phosphate..and which do they need for flowering. I have a really bad memory (i wonder why)
