not budding need help!

My plant is 3 months old and only 1ft tall and has yet to show any sign of flowering or anything. I checked for the female hairs and I think I see them. Im using 2 20 watt 24 inch plant and aquarium lights on a 12/12 cycle. I also have a 100 watt heat lamp. She looks healthy but so young Im not sure whats up I am working on pictures so you can see what Im talking about. ANY ADVICE?

Looks healthy but not growing?  What ferts?  What size pot?  Any more detail?  A pic would certainley help on this one.

Yeah, and it would also be nice to know how long it's been in 12/12.

I think he needs more light for flowering. Is the 12 hour cycle completely dark?

10in pot not feeding just watering, regular potting soil the continous release (whatever that means) I hate to admitt this but the first month it was getting light from the window seal...next month it got 24/7 with the p&a lights after realizing that was a bad idea it went to 12/12 are cat also ate a little off the bottom when it was first transplated about 5in. Im growing in the closet so it does stay dark no light leaks but I keep the 100watt infared heat lamp on all the time. pics bellow.....

Does the 100w give off any light? If so, you need to take it out. The plants need 100% dark. If it has light the plants may not have switched to flower.

"Continuous release" is bad. You need to feed your plants on your own, not depend on the soil to do it. The soil is not providing the exact nutrients your plants need.

I think you need more light and you definitely need to incorporate some pro-bloom nutrients. You should flush the plants also.

I read on the box that the infared lamp does not disrupt the day/night cycle is this true???? what does it mean to flush the plant? can I start feeding keeping the soil that I have, if so what is a good brand? if not what is a good soil food combo? what would pro-bloom nutrients be? and by more light do you mean longer cycles or higher watt, bulb ect.???

Higher wattage. Preferably at least a 250W HPS.

To flush, you simply run water through your pot letting in drain. It will drain out the fertilizers that are currently in there. Let it run clear.

WildBill uses Peters 20-20-20. I use Fox Farms. There are many choices.

Your soil should be fine for this grow but don't use time release the next time. A regular neutral soil like Scotts(home depot) will be fine. You may want to mix in some Perlite or something.

Is it cold enough that you need the infrared?  I think that plant could use some coolwhite.   It's too little to get much off of.  It needs to build some stalk to be able to hold buds.  Please don't take this reply as negative.  That plant looks pretty goddamn good to have been through the conditions you described.  I'd get the cool whites and put it on 18/6 if you're sure it's female.  Then clone and concentrate on the next grow for any good weed.  That is one strong plant.

ya i'd say you have light problems, not enough/bad setup, i dunno anything about that infared, but plants use light we don't see 2, so it my be interupting your day/night but im not sure on that one, still i'd ditch it though, and get an hps, or some coolwhite flous.
