I attempted to germinate two bag seeds in soil about a week and a half ago. The seeds never sprouted, which is OK, but the soil has been moist for the entire time (most likely because my light wasnt on).
My question is, with soil that moist for that amount of time in darkness, can mold form? Can I reuse the soil, or is it tainted?
There is no visible mold or anything, I just want to be cautious since I will be attempting to grow good strains this week.

If you have them in soil I don't see why not put the lights on. That's how I do it. The light will provide a little heat. Just make sure the soil doesn't dry out.
