how do i figure out square feet for a box that is roughly 3ft wide x 3ft deep x 5ft height? once ive figured out square feet how do i figure lumens per sq foot? thanks

simple math. Square feet -= length times width. # feet wide times 3 feet deep = 9 square feet. Actually yolu have a 45 cubic foot space : length x width x height. Lumens, I have no idea. Take the number of lumens on the package the light bulb came in and divide by the number of square feet (9) and you have lumens per square foot, I think.

man dats toooo much math for me I like to do it like this 400 watts 4-8 plants 600 watts 6-12 plants 1000 watts 10-20 plants I knew the formula a while back but I smoked it away lol
