I have posted a few times with the issue of my girls leaves tips turning yellow, then the leaves die. I have narrowed down all the possible problems with all of your guys help. The temp is good 75-80 F. Relative Humidity about 50%, I have airated soil with perilite. The ph is around 6.0-6.3. I have used NRS green leaves fert after week four with no visible changes. I water about every 5-7 days after the soil is dry. The MH is about 40 inches away from the leafs. Still I have had to reduce my garden from 10 to 3 and the three left are showing the same signs of yellow leaf tips and then leaf death. I have a large fan going with the closet door craked at all times. The window has to be shut for obvious reason in the room but is open in the living room. Could this problem be caused by lack of cardon dioxide? I really don't want to fail at this, someone please help!

lack of fresh air will killem fast. the combo of heat and stale air are killers. im dealing with that same scenario right now with the new grow site. seems in my efforts to light proof my veg chamber, ive also choked all my adolescents. fresh temperate air is the key. good luck.

No, bugs

Poor genetics? Bunk seeds won't grow. Find a way to get fresh CO2-rich air to your plants and the hot stale air out of the garden.

I was thinking the same thing about genetics at first, but a I put a clone from a friend (white widow) in the same room and the same problem is occuring. The browning and wilting on the new fellow is on the sides of a few lower leaves, not the tips? Any ideas anyone?

I use pur filtered water. I figured that it is better than city water. Could that cause any problems, or is that the way to go?

It sounds like fert burn. But I know you didn't fert for the first four weeks, so that can't be it. Mind boggling. How do new leaves look when they grow in? Your heat sounds fine. And with a fan you should be bringing in plenty of air. Which leaves are dieing? Fan Leaves? Bottom leaves? Top leaves? Leaves getting light or leaves that are shaded? What do your stems look like?
blackomens666
Well at first it was only the bottom leafs then it moved to random leafs leaving some of the bottom leafs alone. The top leafs look great. The problem usually begins after the leafs are 2 or 3 nodes along. I posted a garden it is called yellow wilting death. Take a look at it and let me know what you think may be going on.

you have a fan pulling air in from outside. Its not ventilation.
