I am growing some plants outside. When I came home today, I noticed that two of my plants had this weird brown color in the middle. I have looked on the web, but can't find anything about the strange brown color problem.
You will also notice that the bottom leaf is not looking too well. Nitrogen?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am feeding it, but not very much. Do you think I should give it more fertilizer? I have 2.1.2 (43) general purpose.
I am worried about the brown in the middle tho. Any thoughts on that?

I have never seen that before...very odd. I'm thinking maybe a mold or some sort butthat is a best guess. Definitely needs to eat. I'd up the ferts yes. Remember that a healthy well fed plant will be stronger and better able to fight off disease. ;)

Thanks for the help. I did some foliar feeding last night. The plants look better already.
Will keep you posted on the development of the "brown patch".

Jim, im not sure what strain you are growing, but new leaf sets on my blueberry starts out with purple streaks just like that. also, when was that pic taken, i would think it should be well into flowering by now.
