30 days veg? they could be locked out, do you flush? how big is your pot? does it drain well? is the soil compacted? rootbound? just a few things to think about.

hmm... i guess i never understood flouro's... cause when i started (just in a little grow box until they went outside) i think i used 2 regular 15 watt bulbs... and grew them each to 10 inches... and they looked great, oh well, not a good 2 cents on my part, my bad... hehe just thought i'd ad something

last plant I grew on 1 , 13inch flouro in my closet. grew to like 2.5feet tall .. killed it cause it was a male tho.. dunno what to tell ya

How tall a plant is, is no measure of how nice it is. It was 2.5 feet because it was not getting enough light and was stretching for it.
