I guess air flow isn't a problem anymore since I moved from a closet to a grow box that has in-line fans. Thanks nesta for the correction on the vocabulary. I was just replying to a new thread for a old problem that we recently ruled out. Once again thanks for all your guys help.

After looking at the pictures I'm even more sure that you just needed fert. The leaves aren't burnt. You need N to maintain a luscious green.

I heard from someone long time ago that using filtered water is a bad thing. Just a thought.
