I hear alot about stages in the growth but I dont now what to do in the stages and how to recogniz them.

I don't know a lot but I'll help as much as possible.
The first stage is germination where you get your seeds to sprout.
Next you plant the seed. Since you're a first timer you're likely using soil. This will be called the vegetation stage. The plant will grow here if provided with enough light. I put mine under 24 hours but some say give the plants a 4 to 6 hour break.
Depending on where you are growing the next stage will be different. Flowering is where you will sex the plants and start to grow some bud. The light will be changed to 12 hours on and 12 hours off. You'll need to seperate the males from females so they don't pollinate.
Not too hard but what do I know. I haven't gotten to the end yet myself but I'm trying.
