theres no way to clone a pot plant from a single leaf. There are no growth nodes on a pot leaf for the growth to come from

thats not true. yes u can, but it takes lab equipment and alot of knowledge about the subject.

it would have to be a rare thing, and lucky. I've taken a propagation class and basically there are some plants that can be cloned from a single leaf, but they have reproductive sites and/or growth nodes directly on the single leaf. The pot leaf is for photosynthesis only, and the only way i can see it working is a mutant plant that somehow has a growth node at the base of the lead where the stem meets. I think i have seen that before somewhere on the net. At least a litte bud site. so yea i dont think you could pluck just any pot leaf and take it to a lab for cloning. It would have to be pretty special

It's possible. I've read about/heard about this but it costs mucho dinero and very few have access to the technology and lab equipment needed. Kinda like people who do model rockets building a nuclear bomb.
