We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Is it possible that all the words that follow derive there meaning from the above. To me those words have great meaning for they are the foundation and a guide to all that followed from the day they where set down on paper. All of the laws, rules of conduct, decisions made, action taken in the name of the governed by those who are elected to govern, and those who live under the constitution need to keep it's intent uppermost in there mind in there daily life. Think about it!, it was the first time in history that a document designed as a blueprint for a nations government contained the words " We the People", foremost, let alone anywhere in it. That concept was first in the dreams of every oppressed common man in the world then alive, as it so remains today. While the people of the world watched, America became the symbol of it's possibility. This alone carries a great burden and responsibility of each and every citizen of this county. In todays world there are forces like never before in history who are determined to destroy this 200 old dream, and they are indeed formidable, with great expertise and vast financial resources. They have spent much to elect to office people of like mind, or worst yet, that can be used to there end. They hire the most talented minds to convince the people that they act in there own interest, using words like weapons to achieve the desired results. They invoke distrust, greed, class against class, race against race, religion, self-interest, have against have not, and all to confuse conceived ideas of right and wrong. In that void they have created they seek to fill with concepts that suit there aims. They have had this plan working for 20 or more years, day after day, little by little, they have changed the landscape of america. This is not a small sinister group of people hiding in some room somewhere rather it's a mind set of many wealthy, powerful people who control large segments of trade, manufacturing, banking, transportation, and commerce, each working on there own and each understanding this is a plan that will end in greater wealth, and power resting in there hands. "We the people" the only true guardians, have a duty to look carefully at all those who today explain this world to us in terms that our COMMON SENSE is telling us something does not ring true. We daily are being reassured that all is well and in the long run everything being done is in the best interest of the people.They tell us that life today is just to complicated, for us to understand, we are in a global massive economy, that only they understand what is best. Our COMMON SENSE tells us that a nation with growing massive debt, loses of manufacturing jobs, decrease of personal income, reduction of standards of living, personal debt growth, reductions in wages, will long remain a force in world affairs, or remain a symbol of a government of "WE THE PEOPLE". instead become not a dream but a nightmare. It's up to each of us to go on the attack and demand as one stop what you are doing, change the path you are going down, return the nation to "We the Peoples" concept we where founded on at this nations beginning, or we will take our government out of your hands and into those who will promote the general Welfare and not there own
