I have arthritis, for which I've been smoking, and I'm also recently diagnosed with MS, so I want to apply for a medical permit to grow and/or buy. Anyone know how I can do this? My doc said she would support it or write th prescription or whatever, but she doesn't know how to go about it either.
I would get in contact with you state health department, they will be able to tell you where to go! If your Dr. is willing to support you medicinal script, she should have some contact info. Look and thou shall find! Good luck! Peace clones!
A little patience, you will need it with MS, 10 minutes between posts! What state are you in? Check the NORML website for procedures. For my state they even had the letter for the physician to sign.
Love to smoke, the answer depends on what state you are in. Some states have no medical mj law at all, and the states that do vary on requirements. Here in Nevada, a medical mj permit allows you to grow 3 plants at a time. And requires a prescription from a doctor licensed to practice in Nevada. You apply to the county for your permit, and you pay a yearly fee.
Where do you live?? If its in Canada check out www.medicalmarihuana.ca/ they got loads of info about it there. You can even print off the forms you need to fill out. Right now depending on how sick you are it is a real bitch to get a licence, but in June all the laws are changing and it gonna be alot easier.
