hello all....I'm a first time grower and i believe i brought my first girl into flowering a bit too early..she is 2 weeks into flowering now and i was wondering how much it would affect my final product if i brought it back to vegetation to gain a few extra inches...any input would be great.
A few extra inches wont make any difference in your yield.... in my experience you will gain plenty of vertical growth during "Massive Maturation" stage of flowering... your plant will grow atleast an addional 30% or so vertically before vertical growth ceases and moves to spending energy on budding.. - MARK!!
hi jungle, i grow my plants to a height of 300 to 350 mm which is about a foot to a foot and a bit which is usually about 2 weeks grow and then ill change to flower for what ever time the strain needs to finish. at the moment i have kush x northern going and now have taken clones for the next run. hope this helps
If you take her out of flowering and put her back into veg it takes 2+weeks for her to start veging again and is very stressfull on the plant not recommended unless you plan on leaving her in veg of a extended period of time to recoupe and just increases your chance of herming her. I took a clone and put it in 12/12 for 2weeks to sex once she showed her sex i put her back under veg. and it has been just over 2 weeks and she is still trying to flower. if i was you i would just leave her in flower she will gorw lots till she is finished aprox. 40% bigger and just chaulk this one to experiance.
I concur with what Mr P said. Sometimes it takes plants as long as long as a month to switch back to veg. Sometimes some plants never make the switch; they go into a kind of 'suspended animation' and don't do much of anything at all.
yeah ranger iv,e had a reveg that went all fucked up the plant just kept trying to flower for weeks and didn,t really do much , i didnt dispose of the plant just left it in the background of my veg area 2 months on its looking fucking amazing just took a load of clones of her and most have rooted ... white wids their my next grow safeness
