what do plants look like when they first sprout?

bill, those jiffy pots? do they work a-ok, or do the roots have trouble gettin through?

 

hey oxycotin....i got better equipment, not the kind you wanted me to get, but i have over 100 watts of light and my setup is a lot better and is moved to my closet...

 

They are Jiffy pots and they work great. I have their permanent pots full of soil. I fill the jiffy pots with Jiffy mix and put the seeds in them and bury the entire jiffy pot in the soil. Never transplant. I have the pots already under the grow lights so the seeds bust out and are greeted by the sun just like in nature.
