What is exactly alternating nodes? Is it when leaves grown at a junction, between the main stem and a branch with leaves? Thanks to anyone who replies
When I have parallel nodes should I still start the 12/12? Is having Parallel Nodes a bad thing? On the very bottom of my plant I have a parallel node, then further up on the plant I have alternating nodes, IS THIS NORMAL?
the parallel nodes will always stay the say they wont alternate but the rest of the plant will now grow alternating nods tell the finish its not bad its good! how tall is ur plant and what kind of light are u using
Should I start the 12/12 now then? I am using a 4 foot fluorescent light, using 1 Tube of Cool White and 1 tube of Soft White. My 1 plant is 7.5 inches and the other is 7 inches.
since ur only using 2 floro's i would switch 12/12 now cus growing ur plant to big with 2 floro's will stress the plant cus all the the parts of the plant that isnt gettin enough light or that is to far from the light will slow down the process im using 2 florescent tube these are on the side of the plant, 1 is 2feet long 18 watts, and the other is a 15 watt 18 inch reptasun its from a lizard tank then i have 2 compact florescent bulbs 42,32i use these for above the plant. u should try and get some more light i suggest compact floro's cas they put out alot more lumens then the tubes a 32 watt puts out 2,550 lumens and they dont take up much space. i hope that helped u if u have any more questions just post back on here. peace out
Hell, just use what ya got (or can afford) & hope for the best. If ur broke dick like me, that ain't gonna be much!
im broke too, compact floro's dont cost that much they cost like 8 bucks for a 42 watt bulb if u can scronge up money to buy weed im pretty sure u can save some money to go buy 2-3 compacts which might not seem worth it at first but once ur plants are done and u smoke some ur gonna be glad u did that, but thats just my advice but if u dont thats fine but u will change ur mind by the time it come for ur 2nd grow,
