    definitely snail eggs. i used to have apple snails in my fishtank, and they would look like that, only pink

    Mosy likely it's the bubble nest for a leaf hopper.. they build a nest like that for the baby leaf hoppers. just rinse off with some water...


    They do suck a little juice from the plant but are not bad like aphids..later
