im currently growing four skunk #1 clones in a grow cabinet.my lights consist of 4-42 watters,1-27 watter,1-32 watter and last an 18 watt flourescent bar.so around 230 watts.these girls are about 2 n half-three feet and on their fourth week of budding.i got a fan pushing air in and on the top left corner a 140 cfm swirl cage fan pushing air out.i also have the walls wrapped in mylar.im using fox farm ocean floor soil with age old organics grow and bloom.this has been sufficient up till now,but now im into my fourth week of flowering and i dont know if these light are going to cut it.dont get me wrong these girls look absolutely beautiful, with many bud sites.im just worried buds will turn out small and with little potency.open to criticizing, hints, hopefully some reassurance.thank you DR

CFLs work best with short plants (SOG or SCROG) because they can't penetrate deep into the canopy. You might be able to bend the plants over so the lower buds get more light; otherwise there isn't much you can do at this point. Even if the buds are small they will still be potent if they are healthy.

if the box is wide enough , try mounting fluro tubes on the sides of the box to give under the canopy light instead of all the light coming from the top only

just keep em as close as possible like 2-3" and they'll be happy with the light...fewer larger bulbs like 4 of the 150-200 watt equivalents would work well...but use what u got, n post pics so we can see how they do under ur conditions...
