Pineapples Punch


I just started flowering some. They are supposed to smell really nice. I love fruity strains. The Joc Horror I have is very fruity. Hashberry also has a nice scent, but isn't a super potent smoke. :bongin:

 

Yeah Happy I think I will grow the Pineapple when I get back from vacation around august 3rd. These plants should be finished and have a little bit of a cure on them before I hit the beach, this is going to be a great year! And thanks resin, I don't know him well but he offered some I may or may not actually end up with some. It would be great if I could. If not I plan to breed some purple kush with purple rhino and see what I can come up with


Hey guys here are some new pics. In my endless effort to find the right light positioning for closet pics I think I am just getting worse......the kitchen ones are a little better.


Males are gone, these are three girls Spacecase (Romulan, C99, WW, and NorthernBerry), Skush (Skunk #1 x unknown kush) and Stoneybuds (WW x NorthernBerry). The big plant is the Spacecase and the two smaller ones are in the pot together next to Ginny the Pit Bull. I am not sure if they are considerably smaller b/c they are in the same pot or b/c the spacecase has better genetics.....or b/c they had a small bout of root rot earlier in their growth.


The experiment spacecase seedling was male. He grew quite nicely before I threw him out. Still smaller but healthy, sorry I tossed him without taking a last shot. You can see his health in the last update tho.

Thanks! I have been using the CFLs for the vegging and I just added the 175 MH and 70 HPS a couple days ago for a total of around 500 mixed watts (not sure how many cfls anymore, there are a good number tho)


Well the two plants in one pot was just pure laziness. I admit, I am an extremely lazy grower. The least work I gotta do the better. I sprouted them before I had two pots and didn't feel like going shopping or having to transplant.........yeah pretty much just lazy!


Also I have come to accept that I have to learn the hard way for everything. I go into things thinking it will go my way if I just hope hard enough. About half the time I am right.....but those times teach me stuff to further lazy-fy my grows. Like the fish water thing that led to successful grows with zero purchased nutes. Or learning that I could half ass stuff and just suspend plants right in the water with no net pots, hydroton er any medium at all. I don't know if I should be proud of my laziness for what it has taught me or not because I have had several grows ruined in the process (like electrocuting a lady b/c I used that old filter that should have been replaced long ago). Anyways I got lucky with these two, both girls and both compact. One plant (Stoneybuds) is a bit more hungry....it would work better with clones, but still the two strains were close enough.

Im doing something similar but using my own compost tea...bubbled for 24 hrs or so with a little bitty pump. Im using two of those big plastic storage/container thingies from Walmart, each one is 23 X 18, 15 inches deep. Three rows of four plants, going for a combo Hempy/SOG half WW, half BCBB.


I hope I end up with more than soggy hemp...

Here are the ladies at ~60 days since seed and 13 days into flower. , just can't get any good closet pics think I will just do kitchen from now on, best I can do. They are fitting well in the closet tho, everything is getting good light.

So how you linking it compared to your DWC you used to run?

 

Dude Skunky....I mean.......you guys know how hard I tried to turn people onto the fish......but maaaaannnn I will never go back! HEMPY IS THE SHIT, THE ULTIMATE SHIT. There are many things about hempy that make it better than DWC or DWC using fish water. The fact that I can move my plants around is one of many. So Skunky to answer ur question I am LOVING IT. I will grow hempy probly forever from now on. Thank you for your compliments buddy! PS I vote you for mod as well!!!!!!!!!! U too smart for ur own good!

Mary yeah it is so nice to move them, I have been rotating them so everything gets a chance for optimal light at diff points of the week. Thanks girly!!!!


ALSO...I completely forgot to mention I have these plants on a 14/12 schedual (14 on 12 off). I have read this makes the flowering time take a little longer but with more produced in the end.
