Lots, actually. ADD/ADHD, narcolepsy, and I've even seen them use low doses to "jump-start" antidepressant regimens. There are others as well both FDA-approved and off-label uses. Ritalin, Adderall, Concerta, Daytrana, Methylin are all braand names of amphetamines that are used quite extensively to date. Just ask any pharmacist who fills scripts for school-aged kids. That being said, I still see a lot of adults using that shit for ADD as well.

adderall is nice when you have to smoke crap weed cause you wont get tired when you smoke i have a scrip for my add. there the 20mg extended release tabs ive taken it since i was 15 and it def helps out specially at work.
You were wrongfully judged man. If you haven't taken coke for years, it will definitely not appear on any drug test. You also mentioned that you didn't take any drug test? So where did your doctor get the test? Just asking.
I have a script for amphetamines, you get them for ADD/ADHD. I stopped taking them though, they were ruining my teeth.
