Just a couple shots of my dry Master Kush buds. They turned out superb. Just the best flavor and aroma. Super heavy duty indica high. Some of the best to come out of my grow room. This one is a keeper for sure. Just for fun and for those who haven't see them already in my grow show thread here is a shot of what they looked like just before harvest. It's top notch. Has the classic "kush" flavor. Earthy yet piney and a little sweet, heavy and lingers on your palette. Has a heavy couch lock type indica high that hits immediately before you exhale your first bong hit. A few hits in and you are running much slower than before. :thumbs-up: The aroma smells peppery and hashy and a bit of musk, my friend says pepperoni pizza. Just really superb. If it were at a dispensary it would be amongst their top shelf meds and at the highest price range some places would charge more than $60 an eighth for it.
Ras so very well manicured as always my bredren... i envy the bad appeal of your finished product... i still want manicuring lesson from you my friend
Hey thanks Bb. I try to do my best when I manicure. I like it that way. This Kush is some pretty good ganja. I'm anxious to see how this Lemonberry is going to turn out. I'm hoping for a really exceptional pheno that puts this to shame. :thumbs-up:
Great pics of some kick ass sounding nugz. I love the dark red hairs and the fragile look of the crystalline trichomes. Your description of this is very similar to how I'd describe the Hawaiian Skunk I just harvested and the buds look very similar too. I won't hi-jack the thread, but I know the appreciation your expessing for this Master Kush. Great looking budz for sure. :alienwink:
Ras, you gonna come east and show me to make my first harvest look so pretty... granted the buds wont be near the same quality but i wouldnt mind makin em all purrdy...lmao...
Good News and Bad News Well, the buds are super awesome. Superb smoke. Smooth, tasty, and potent. Those are all the positives. the negatives you ask? just over 5 ounce dry weight from 8 plants. Just a poor yielder. I'm hoping I can further dial in the nutrients add some Co2 and hopefully boost yield a bit.
Thats it?!? Dont know what to tell you Ras. I pulled 7 1/4 oz off 3 plants, but garunteed mine were double the size of yours...

wow... five zones from eight plants the size of lawn chairs? is that normal for this strain? sounds to me like a bad mom or some ridiculous noobish mistake that I doubt you'd make... it does look SUPER dank though. Excellent for personal, because weight isn't always everything.
That pic above is deceiving, it's an optical illusion. the bushes were about 18" tall and 14" wide. Not quite the size of Lawn Chairs LOL but yeah it's just the pheno. Not the best yielder but seriously some of the best bud to smoke. I'm not giving up on her. i will be trying a couple more things to boost yields and hopefully I can get it up to a more respectable amount. She'll be staying in the garden until such time as I get another pheno that yields better to replace her or I just find something I want to grow more. The smoke is just superb though.
