Im about 10 days from harvest, my mom just walked into my room a little while after I watered my girl (straight water, no ferts ) and she said "whew.. it smells.. skunky in here.." I played it off by telling her it was this air freshener thing she had bought for me yesterday and that it was funkin up my room, but I dont want her coming in here thinking its something nasty and looking for the smell, THEN IM IN SOME ****! do you think it will be really bad on the buds if i harvest them tomorrow morning? my dad is an ex smoker/grower and im SURE he knows what it would smell like. I can take NO chances.. advice?
I agree...if your parents don't know what you are up to then you should not put them at risk. Bad karma man.
well the first reason i did it was to see if i could, but now, well, tomorrow night, im gonna chop it. i guess the basically free bud is just a bonus. i was actually thinking about it, that i shouldnt do it because they could get into trouble too. as for the other part of the question, do you think it will really effect the harvest if i take it a little early? I agree, without homeowner's consent, DONT do it. OMG wut if your parents get pissed off at you and decide to call the cops out of fear or whatever??? then ur fucked. also, how much did you yield?
how much did i yield? about a dry ounce. so it looks like, i dont know, ill weigh it and let you people know. now i feel guilty btw, my parents dont own the house, its rented. and they wouldnt call the cops on me, but they would probably kick me out. then i would be fucked, because i still have a bit of highschool left, and no job, im such a slacker. somebody kill me and take my bud so i dont do stupid **** anymore (ive never been arrested, but they tried to stick **** on my and friends before (NOT bud related)). and one more thing, WILL IT AFFECT QUALITY DRASTICALLY, OR NOT? i know its bad and i shouldnt be growing in somebody else's house, i wont be growing a second indoor batch until i move the funk out. im gonna cut it tomorrow night anyway, so ill find out for myself how much it affects potency, but i wanna ask the veterans. Slacker, Rent,own,cops or no cops?,Who cares? What about respect for your parents. And respect for yourself. Man get your priorities straight. Dont mean to be a hard ass, but, take some advice from somebody that didn't. Finish school, thats #1, Get a job and your own place. Then you can grow whatever you want with no worries and the freedom to do it Right. As far as quaity of buds picked 10 days early. No worries there. I guarantee that they will be better than the one your folks flush down the toilet if you dont take them down now.
