:bduh:These girls are 6 weeks in flower(6+1 for transition). I am hoping they can go 2 more weeks at least. The trichs are clear and the buds are still filling in. My question is in regard to late flower plant condition.....Do these plants look "normal" for late flower ? I keep telling myself they are fine, but another opinion would be appreciated :idea::idea::idea:

Do you use calmag? Might be mag deficiency, also looks like you could go just a little lighter on the notes.

But either way they do look pretty good, I get yellow leaves at week 5 or 6 all the time but there just fan leaves that I would be taking off gradually starting around week 6 anyways

What he said. It looks like that's just one plant that has the yellowing, but the browning tips are on everything, suggesting a Mg deficiency.

As for that one plant, if it's a different strain then it's possibly just strain dependent. I had a 10-11 week strain like that that just sucked up N the whole way through flowering, and I didn't hit it with some veg nutes around week 6 then it would start eating itself hardcore. That's not that common, but it does crop up from time to time. Honestly though it doesn't look like what you have really warrants doing anything differently - some fan leaves dropping isn't a problem when you're near the final flush anyways.

you're totally fine dude, at 6 weeks its ok for them to yellow up a bit

I agree with Link, at 7 weeks of flower ( I count weeks flowering from the day I flip the switch to 12/12) you should start seeing deficiencies popping up as the plants go into the final ripening stage of flower development. They really look pretty darn good to me. If you're really worried give them a shot of Cal/Mag or Epsom salts with their next watering but IMO it's not necessary.

[IMG]:thumbsup::thumbsup: Thanks guys. I may give em a little cal/mag but yall eased my mind. Im using FF Big Bloom Booster , with Beastie Bloom and Cha Ching and adding a little tiger bloom for a little nitro. One strain is staying green and the other is fading. If they will finish filling I should have a good yield . Took two plants that were having issues and used them for test subjects:redbong::redbong: potency is coming along nicely. next lesson for me is curing 101!!:passsit:

TBH at this point I don't even think it's worth the cal mag. Mg deficiency doesn't show signs until late stages of growth, but the slowing occurs throughout the life cycle. I'd just make a note of it to bump up the Mg a bit over the course of the next grow.

Will do for sure! Planning on trying out Useless formula on next round since I will have more control

The useless formula is definatly good. I've grown hydro and dirt, big and small and it always works, you just have to adjust your calcium and magnesium to your water.

I will need to get a water analysis done. Im sure my water has some cal in it. The res system is gonna cause me to have to get a little more disciplined but Im hopin the increase in yield will make it worth it. All part of the learning process:bduh:

What strain? How long have you been growing? What is pH? Very nice.

I've read from a tutorial that Mg deficiency is rare.

Like others have said, this late in bloom I wouldn't sweat it at all. Those ladies look real good and if you go trying to fix something like that at this stage you could throw the plant into shock and cause all sorts of problems. The next two weeks is when she will start packing on the weight and you don't want to hinder that by throwing her a change up now. She has 3 more weeks at best so just keep her wet and let her ride it out to the finish.
