Actually my bad for the delay, I wanted to do and will add a picture tutorial of his budder and cookies step by step. Thank you and T for the pictures, it's nice for you to share them so that others can remember him/ learn of him
Yeah thanks nip. And thanks to T6 and Bud too. I miss the pm's from Craig. Still catch myself stumbling onto his FB page. I tried to track down his myspace page cos thats where i got to know him back in 2005/2006 but myspace has changed all its stuff and i cant even find myself nevermind Mr.A. To Mr.Aassit:
Meet craigs ASTRO GREAT JOB NIPPY! I was going to put these on my thread but since this is a sticky I will put them here. Here are some Rare Photos of Craigs dog ASTRO! It was his first Rotty and thats where he got his screen name from
:thumbs-up: right on. I hardly knew Mr A but knew enough to know to respect and still do to his memory may it live forever in his contribution here :alien11:
This time last year he was getting ready to send me a box of his Kind cookies to cheer me up. Salt of the Earth....salt of the earth:sad4:
this thread is a double edged sword, it's great to remember someone, but then you think you'll never hear a comment from then again....and you start to miss their comments RIP MrA.... BTW, I made his cookies for a family member....finally heard the review and they loved them. They ate two in the afternoon and we're good til bed.
His cookies were great. People often moan about cookies saying they taste overpowering but not Craigs ones. They were strong,oh yeah they were strong but i think Bud summed them up best way bac when he described them as "Tasting of the SMELL of good weed". Perfect way to describe them but they were not nasty at all or too skunky. I would sit and eat mine with a cappuccino and a latte and a touch of cream on them.So nice. I was actually going through photos earlier and i ame across the cookie pictures.I remember being totally thrilled that he had went to the trouble of posting me a box of cookies (he sent me a good few, easily a nice bit of weed he put in them all for free). I was so grateful cos he sent me them at a time when i wasnt getting hold of weed so readily. He had spoke to me in a few PM's and id mentioned how Christmas was gonna be bittersweet for me cos although it was exactly a year since i walked free. It was also a reminder of the shit id went through and next thing i know he baked me a batch of cookies. I was like "dude your a legend man, thanks" and he was like "no worries Ap, i usually do them for Bud but he doesnt need any this batch so thought id send you a little new years treat". Seriously one of the nicest thngs someone iv met online has ever done for me. Webby sent me a Dabbler vape pen, that was a nice touch but i earned that lol. Craig sent me them cookies out of some kind hearted shit. Me and Craig were similar in a few ways. We both lived alone with our boys and we both saw Growkind as more than just a forum to learn about weed. Craig was one of the first people to ever share his real fb page with me and me with his and id known him better than most on here cos we used to hang out on myspace back in 2006. I can still remember him buying me a bullet proof vest on mobwars. I'll certainly be lghting a few up in his honour this christmas and new years. RIP to as good a friend as you can hope to meet from online social media and websites. :sad4:
Yep, Mr. Astro, would always help me out with answers to questions, good advice and just plain good talk around the threads. I copied the cookie recipe and hope to make some cookies in the near future. I will give them to friends and tell them they are "Astro" cookies. :thumbs-up: RIP Mr. Astro you were a great guy. See you in the MJ fields in Heaven!
