The weather doesn't cooperate, so I'm going back indoors. I'm tired of other people's crappy clones, so I'm thinking seeds. I never grown from seeds yet, so I wonder if I can get some heads up on best seed for money. Is there a special way to do it. Best way to pay. Anything a newbie would need to know. I can get seed local, but I wonder if all the tried shops are better. We have a new seed bank here in Oregon, It called TGA SubCool seed. Do any of you think there would be a difference? some seed banks are better than others as far as having stable strains. I ordered from the attitude/nirvana and got some free seeds with my order, used a debit card and had them shipped to my house. as far as growing them, I spread them out on a paper towel put another paper towel on top and wet them, fold them up and put that in a sandwich bag. put it a dark place and start checking after about 4 days. hope this helps a little.
TGA Subcool, as a seed company, has some nice strains of their own. I don't know who else's seeds they sell but I wouldn't't shy away from buying their own brand. As far as growing seeds I almost always soak them in a cup of plain water for a couple of hours and then fold them in a wet paper towel and put them in a Tupperware container with the lid on and check on them in about 24 hours. Most will have cracked by then and have a little tail. If not, they will by the next day. You can also just plant the seed right into soil but then you never know if they cracked until a week or two. Since your in a legal state it doesn't really matter how you pay.
Thanks, as always, Growkind Rocks. Those ideas sound good. I already tried Jillybean, which is suppose to be energetic uplifting. I think that will be good for days I need energy. It is 60/40 sativa dominant. I also am trying Pennywise. 80/20 Indica dominant. It is high in cbd. I just wanted to try a high cbd high. Anyway, I'll make up my mind this fall after harvest. I really miss being able to control my environment... no more mold. As long as I kept the room clean, I never had bugs. The quality of the smoke was so much higher. peace G_B

Yep Lvs, they are different. Nirvana is still A-OK to order from. You can also still get Gypsy seeds, but they are older stock by now.
Yeah Gypsy nirvana is completely different and was actually part of the old seed boutique group. Was pretty popular around the time Overgrow went down and Marc Emery was being hammered on. As Dr. Chronic was gaining more popularity and way before attitude was every around. Well popular until people realized they were not getting what they thought they were purchasing. Good old MJ "breeder" scammer BS. :roffl:
I have ordered 7 times in one year from "The Attitude" and love it, but there is a fair share of people who got old stock from some breeders there and had problems, the Attitude is just the middle man. Do the research and check it out, I got over 30 strains and am having a blast growing them, shit I would have never of thought I would be growing this dank stuff and 50 percent of what I got was FREE with monthly freebie give aways, Some monthly give a ways are much better, like at christmass. 4,20, and such. One christmass deal I got, I got 17 free beans with my order. SWEET!
Yeah, I really like The Attitude but I don't mind going to Nirvana either. Your just limited on what you can get but they have some great phenos.
