*What are you feeding it? It might be your fertilizer/soil you are smelling.
    *Some strains straight-up STANK!
*If it's keeping you awake at night you could invest in an expensive carbon filteration system. Or if you dislike the smell of vinegar LESS than you dislike the smell of your plants get a quart of vinegar and leave it open next to your plant.
*Have you tried cleaning your grow area?

    Hey:wave:
Are you sure it is the plant and not the soil? I've had plants that smelled like old sponge, But the nastiest rotting smell I ever got was sulphurous, and was a result of over watering and overferting with guano. I had to flush and flush and flush, until I finally decided to remove the plant from soil and make a hydro out of it. That is another tale entirely, and not a pretty one.

I once built a carbon filter out of two shoe boxes, 2 computer fans (80mm), a 12v wall pack, and the carbon filter from a honeywell air filter. all i did was make a chamber big enough so there wasnt excess back pressure, and folded the filter in two, and sealed it with tape around the end of one of the boxes, and put the fans in the other end of the other box (the boxes  were put together end to end.)
it was quite effective until the filter got old (took about 6 weeks, but the filter had been sitting in the air filter unused for almost a year before hand.) the filter i used was about 3 feet long. you can buy the carbon filters at wal-mart, theyre like, scotch pads with activated charcoal in them. if youre unfamiliar with scotch pads, its about 3/8" thick, rough, fibrous, flexible material. good stuff.
