Oh I GET it alright. Helped a family member assess the value of a business he was thinking of buying a year or two back. Turned out HE couldn't own it and turn a profit. The CURRENT head honcho couldn't own it either. His wife was owner of record and a woman or minority needed to be the new owner to retain contracts and future bid opportunities. This is RURAL MINNESOTA where finding a minority much less a highly qualified minority interested in owning a business is near impossible. It was a welding and metal fabricating shop. Yup...lot's a chicks are into metal fabrication....bullshit! Hey fed/state/local employment NAZI's.....Fuck you...it ain't 1860 or 1960 anymore.
