    This is actually a really useful video. I have tested it and I approve. We got a shit ton of snappers in our camp lake. Before cannagirl has a fit we eat all that is edible off the turtle. It's good as long as you parboil it. Another thing people do wrong is eat the "fat" they find under the skin this fatty looking material actually has the toxins and waste it's internal organs filter out so do not cook with it...     I've seen this (or similar) vid when I was inquiring re: how to clean a snapper!


    We have alot in the canal at the dogpark. One day, we came across one that had to be 30lbs., about 1/4 mile from the water. Says they travel great distances to breed, etc.
