After watering my plants in soil. What harm would it be to immediatly reuse the water that has run threw the pots? I am use ro water. Would it be ok?

Do not reuse the water that runs off... it's just not good for the plant in soil anyways.. If this was hydro i would say go for it but that's not the case.

that runoff contains salts that are better off not to be reintroduced

I agree with El Campesino on the salts, but the other problem is when you feeding your plants there are some plant ferts that come through with the water as it drains. if you reuse the runoff water and are feeding when you water, than you may be adding additional ferts to the soil that the plants can't use. so don't reuse the water that drained out the bottom of the pot. I hope that helps.
