evening folks, been trying to figure out how to get my buds to turn that pretty light green that you find on the "street" from time to time. Ive got the quality and quantity but i want the color. all of mine has the dark green tint to it. i put them in the dark for 2-3 days before harvest to try to use up some of the chlorophyll but they are still pretty dark. would more time in the dark help? thanks for your help.
color The high is what your after forget the color all strains will be somewhat different. If its good shit go with it. teamster6
light green my dad had a affi strain back in the day that was floresent green every one loved it but ive not seenany since my kush plant is light but not super light but its not the color that makes the smoke its thr TLC :bong2: assit: :fly:
I just finished trimming some lime green buds today off of a friend's crop. he got them because he packed his plants in too tight, so the lower shit never got any light. only way I know of to do it besides a quirk in genetics. hope that helps.
Been my experience that curing takes care of chlorophyll and also depending on the strain brings out color. Mine was dark green but as it cured it limed right up.
