I have 4 plants all of different indica/sativa indoor strains in 12th week of flowering. The trichomes on all plants are still all clear - I'm waiting and waiting for them to change color. All buds are decent size, plants range from 3.5 - 5.5 ft tall. Is there some kind of problem here? Can I speed this process up a little? They should have been harvested by now. (Using 600W HPS lighting, 12 hrs/day, decent ventilation, feed them once/week, grow area approx. 4 x 4.)
Try cutting the light back a couple of hours will hurry them along. some its quite the wait. This bitch went 18 weeks and could have gone longer. t6
Holy shit, looks like the jungles of Vietnam. You need some Agent Orange in your house. Thanks much for the tips, I'll try that and wait some more.
That is weird. First....did you use a RadioShack type handheld microscope or what? FWIW, I have read on two forums about certain sativas never showing amber trichs, even at 12 weeks. You have not even amber...not even cloudy! That's....weird. Do you have any info about the strain from the breeder? Ive grown asome long-flowering sats....but never for 12 weeks. Let us know- Dix t
sorry just have to say..... what the fuck is that monster t6?!?! not trying to hyjack thread ifsix, their comment sound spot on advice
Nippie that fucker is called a Sage Plant. Dont ever plant one. It was Gigantic. Drove me Nuts. This was the root on the damn thing Back on topic its not unusual to find a Sat Pheno that will go longer on differant strains. From What I am hearing some of the landrace strains can go 24 weeks and up!! t6
