I was looking in the Faq and found alot on meta, bio, sup,ff,guano's.. But nothing on Age old Organics anyone used (A-orgaincs) I'd like 2 hear pro/cons if any???
I am using the age old grow big fert on my outdoors and i am very pleased with it. This is the first year i have tried it but it seems to work great. I also plan on using the bloom formula for flowering.
The guy at my local growstore, said the "Age old" was one of the best sellers he has! I use the ageold liquid kelp for my organic grow! other than that, I don't have a clue! I am happy with the liquid kelp, I guess! Peace clones/clonettes!
I went ahead & bought some of the Ageold grow. & all is well so far.. my plants are nice and green & lookin good. I'll keep you posted
Glad its working for ya. I would also suggest using the spray if you have any yellowing of the leafs, perked my girls right up.
Ok . well Its me with ah update on my 5 Shiva Shanti plant's. things are going better than I had hoped, out of five seeds I got 4 girls & 1 male. the male will be crosseds with ah NL-5 "sweet". Ok enough of that . the Ageold Organics grow is good stuff , much better than the chem ferts , I've used in the past . My plants are so happy , And the leaves are at 45 degrees pointing up to the lamps, a very nice green with no burn or brown tips , the 4 plants are at 14 " tall & 12 " around , hope 2 get some pix up soon ... .. ANOTHER NO PIC UPDATE. Hay , & whats up people?. sorry no pic, but not to worry . things are going just fine , I'm going into my 4 week of flowering, things are looking fantastic ,my plant's have lot's of nice snow white bud sites . And, the leaves have a coat of THC building up on them. so things are very good, so as of today the plant's are 52 day's old from seed. I'm using Only AgeOld Organics Grow/bloom , Superthrive , st=(but only for veg) I'm growing in soil, Black Magic , Earthworm Castings, Vermiculite. Under 150watt hps,200+watts of Floros. I'd say the only problem I have is the plant's are a bit short, I flowerd them @ 14 Inches or so . And I'm going into my 4th week of flower . & still , my plant's are only 16-18 Inches high Max. but ,I'm not all that worried about that . I'm sure they will strech up a few moere Inches in the next few weeks to come.................. thats all 4 now....
well its me with a different name as you can see. well that grow went OK. the buds were very small but powerful I'm still using the Ageold Organic nutrients . & I'm now on my 3rd All Organic grow . And I must say my plants are awsome the smell & taste of all organic smoke is to die 4 . No **** . I have added some super bat Budswel into my feeding cycle & that stuff is top knoch stuff as well . so as of now I've used Age old on 3 durban plants,2 skunk#1, 1 sweetdreams, SwissxT , 6 Northern lights,4 sweettooth#3 x Sensi stars & all has been real fun so if your looking 4 a good /great Organic nutrient give ageold a try .............peace
Now i have a question, what would be better to use outdoors for growth stage, blood meal tea or age old organics grow formula?
..Outdoors...blood meal is an attractant for critters. You'll have 'coons, skunk, coyote, possums or local dogs digging up your plants. I've yet to try the Age-old OD, but for sure gonna give it a spin this season.
Thanks anyway but I think I will try these products a friend tells me their great for (veg):Fox Farms Grow big(12-7-7),Liquid Karma,Liquid humus and Maxi-crop liquid fish(5-1-1),B Seaweed for an extra microblast of nutes.
Hellboy, u r way too complicated, just make like a cow **** tea, or just use a grow and bloom organic fert, but me im short on cash, so im making a cow **** tea for veg, and ill have cash to buy some budswell tea maker. It is just as easy, and no mixing and calculating. Give the easy way a try, its better then spending like 200 bucks for fertz and gettin same as if you bought a 30 dollar bottle of something. PEACE
Actually I do make my own guano teas.I use seabird guano and indonesian bat guano along with fox farm ferts, its not so complicating, its not rocket science.
well I'm back yet again, with yet another new name lol . I'm still using Age Old grow / bloom and I couldn't be happier .. If anyone is curios give it a try you won't be disappointed . One thing I've found over the years is that Although age old nutrients are top shelf they still need some help .. that why I use a poop load of worm casting tea with 2 tbs of Epsom salt per gallon of RO water .. any7 who just want to pop in and add to this old post ..

Seabird guano is a great organic fert, there diffrent types though, there is one that has high nitrogen and a high phosphorus that is called Peruvian Seabird guano(11-13-3)and is used for late veg and early flowering and there is another called Chilean Seabird guano with a very high phosphorus(1.0-15-1.0)which is great for late flowering and to increase more buds.By the way all guanos make great teas its just the matter of decomposition.
wow someone brought this thread out of the closet. I also use age old with great success. Switched from all fox farm, and couldn't be happier with the change. This time around i would like to use bat guano towards the end of flower but have a few questions. I am in soil, 3 gal pots. Should i just cast the guano around the plant? if so how much for each plant? Or should i add it to my gallon watering jugs? If so how much per gallon. Also, when do you advise app the guano. I am in my first week of floweing with this garden and am goin to use Age old bloom with greenfuse bloom addditives. Thanks for your help -Nesta
