I'm not sure how organic it is. I don't need or use the stuff. I use a bit of dolomite lime in my soil for a buffer. I also have well water and the ph out of the tap is 6.5...........how nice is that! From all the people that I have seen here that use dolomite lime, not one of them has had ph issues.

Lime is applied to the soil to increase the soil pH.

Soil pH, a measure of the soil's acidity or alkalinity, can directly influence the vigor and quality of plant growth.

When the pH is below 7.0, the soil is said to be acidic; when above 7.0, it is alkaline.

Elemental sulfur is one amendment that can be used to lower soil pH.

How much apple cider is good per gallon of water to adjust pH?

it's really dependant on what the pH is to start with.. My pH is about 7.8-8.0 and with just a capful i can bring a gallon down to about 6.5-6.7 ...

so i figure a cap lowers it a full point to a point and a 1/4 or so...check your water pH first then go from there..
