Bananas have high contents of potassium right? K is the atomic symbol for potassium isnt it? I am curious as to if maybe mixing some bananas with the water during the flowering stage would help at all or am i just being naive and newbish.

No disrespect intended, but do you really think that you've discovered some new trick that the fertilizer Companies with all of their scientists didn't? :)

    root rot??

i have heard that molasses can give the plants root rot ..am i wrong in thinking that???Also i am sure there are organic sources of potassium already ready for ya at home depot or the flower shop down thre road...plants rarely show a potassium defficiency anyways unless ph is involved somehow.
