Day 42 of floweringLil update about to enter the week seven of flowering. You can see about 10% of the fan leaves went yellow and looks about another 10% about to turn. about the fuzzy pics, I tried for about a half hour to get nice pics but I eventually gave up...LOLasssit: /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0199.jpg.ed3853eed02633633cb844d9ef4dc50c.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0195.jpg.69ed1c269d10fc59703a91cbbfa4dbe5.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0191.jpg.430bd99c41ba31b01e267a91766e5984.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0188.jpg.13ef5857309eab6df447a8dcac41df97.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0192.jpg.23aebf0db704d49a4a9f4a207ac1f5b8.jpg
I hope for 2oz average per plant, that would yield 12oz. anything under 8oz i would be disappointed, but hey Im still getting my feet wet here...LOL asssit:
Day 50 week 8 of floweringI figure I would update.I think Im gonna start flushing soon, I think my chop will happen in 10 to 15 days.:coolbounce:Last update I did have that yellowing problem, Well Mr. G suggested a flush which i did. Useless said it was a clal/mag issue so I added Epsom's salt to the feeding schedule and it seems all is well now. Thanks guys.:thumbs-up:Im trying to get good pics but its my cell camera and I seem have a slight tremble right when I snap the pic. Until I get a better cam and a tripod I guess this is as good as it gets. asssit: /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0204.jpg.02b56c048d1f601e4bea088dbfa476db.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0200.jpg.7096a1b55b348ea666f4c1a70c1f353b.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0205.jpg.23b1809d43e1c95444a4224d37037670.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0203.jpg.703520e9de882979aeb189fe27714337.jpg /monthly_2013_07/IMAG0208.jpg.e0fe1bfa6e073587d33ed2337ee1ce8a.jpg
Looking real nice! :bravo: Looks like you'll achieve your goal of 2 per. It's good that you have already planned on how to do it even better. That's the way to go.
What up GK, havent posted in a bit... been busy with work and harvesting and trimming also been stoned out of my friggin mind lately :jj: My garden was attacked by spider mites and thrips and it was looking nasty. I only had a week to go so I didnt want to use any pesticides so I resorted to spraying them with water and wiping off the webs every morning. Didnt seem to slow them down much. The buds were finally ready when when mites were pretty much taking over so yeah... I guess im smoking bugs and their shit but you know what? I would rather smoke that then pesticides.ok im rambling, sorry im baked:bong-2:I averaged a lil over 2oz a plant so far and IMO the smoke is pretty damn good. Im expecting 12oz, hopefully a little more.asssit:and I know the trim looks rough.... just taking a break im gonna go thru that pile one more time. Trimming is a BITCH!! /monthly_2013_08/IMAG0238.jpg.5a35c2410eb8d719a3883839c5ccb670.jpg /monthly_2013_08/IMAG0234.jpg.8a376d935f061aec584d9f632dcac798.jpg /monthly_2013_08/IMAG0235.jpg.874ffc286a75d4c45c5662dee79be70a.jpg /monthly_2013_08/IMAG0237.jpg.e252086dd6dfe1fab4300580caa2ec07.jpg /monthly_2013_08/IMAG0236.jpg.122ce48ef0be5d56d146c4ca37fb37cb.jpg
OK I guess no love for me....whatever...im to baked to care.... anyways if any one reads this thanks to the guys who helped me out when I needed advise... I appreciated the help along the way. edit* I just noticed i got some rep...Thank you, I was starting to think nobody gave a shit. :roffl:
I've found that most people don't always comment, because they would always be typing the same things... That's how I get past the lack of love, anyways. That scrog looks like something I may need to try! Nice work!
Thanks guys.... Guess im just an attention whore:roffl: I wil probably post some trimmed up buds later tonight. I still have a lot of work to do. Trimming and fumigating the flower room. I got five plants almost ready for flower and a bunch more new clones some white widow and sour kush that I need to veg for five weeks or so. I will post some of that most likely tomorrow. So anyways thanks again guys you have taught me alot. I dont feel as clueless this second run.
Me thinks Disco's hit the nail on the head rippa. I'm glad to see you hung in there. After you think you've got the room clean spray every square inch down with bleach & water. I keep pyrethrum fogger and azamax on hand just in case I have another outbreak. As you've seen they can get out of hand in a NY Minute so its best to have a plan in place. Hotshot no pest strips are an effective preventive too. Duc
Congrats on the harvest! :goodjob: Trimming can suck depending on the strain and the bud structure. The Tahoe OG I just trimmed up was super easy. Big tight buds with low leaf to calyx ratio. Quick and simple to trim. Some strains I've grown though were just a pain in the ass. Either way, having your own homegrown is well worth the time spent trimming. Enjoy the fruits of your labors. :thumbs-up: asssit:
Been awhile since I been back in the flower room but I had a nasty spider mite outbreak and really wanted to get a handle on that situation before I started flowering.I got a new setup, I decided I wanted to go vertical with a cool tube and get the light as close as possible to the plants. I got this Idea from Res out of one of his posts.Since I been vegging awhile the plants are pretty big 4' to 5' tall there are 4 in there rite now I could probably squeeze one more in there but it would be tight. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks for looking.asssit: /monthly_2013_11/IMAG0269.jpg.83cef7f29e34b8662e633a7b7588ad75.jpg /monthly_2013_11/IMAG0268.jpg.1b7f99e5ee06466cf89bd19b35991f49.jpg /monthly_2013_11/IMAG0272.jpg.c9478c707888a87aef801efa74bd23f8.jpg
Nice looking plants man but what the hell are you going to do when they stretch? I'm def tuned in & watching how this goes
I have been pinching and bending the branches and the tops towards the light and I can move the plants back a little bit. I dunno if its enough but in worst case I could take down the panda film and move that back to make the whole area bigger. I wanna do that eventually and have two or three lights going. Thanks Duc. asssit:
