probilbly is ph if you havent checked it....needs to be around 6.5. check the feed water with a digital ph meter and balance if necessary-

have you been watering alot? could be overwatering on top of that.

and if youve fed them before that 2 days...could even be nute burn/ nute lockout

those purple stems are a nute defficincy..... maybe caused by lockout.

in the first pics the plants looked like they had an underlying issue in the new growth, did he ever feed them? what was his waters ph? i think it was an existing problem that has just now blossomed. i would flush some until some comes out the bottom and check the runoffs ph that will tell what the rootzone is looking at. then you can go from there

i would ph test your water before you do anything... then flush some to check the ph in the plants container...

is a ph of 8.0 high enough to cause those kind of problems??? because thats what the ph is, so i have ph down and will use the treated water to flush the plants. does this sound like a good idea??

your ph is way to high!. where did you get your soil from? is the water tap water? if it is check the ph of the water also. If the ph is high in the water then you need to lower it or start using filtered, or distilled water instead. If it's not the water then it may be your soil. let us know the results.

acom, wtf are you talking about?? thats PERLITE in the containers..... dude you need some serious faq surfing lessons. you need to RESEARCH before you speak! your making yourself look like a dumbass... you might be hanging with mike to much!

  16. acom

    acom New Sprout

the point i was getting at is- why do you have so much perlite? and its in huge clumps.. looks way too harsh for plants that delicate..

  17. trillions of atoms

trillions of atoms Latae Sententiae Excommunication

dude, perlite floats- with a heavy mix of 1/4 or a 1/3 perlite...when you water, the perlite floats up to the surface out of the medium thats close to the top of the container. so it appears like thats all that in there.....and some ppl even put 1 inch on the bottom and the very top of the containers to have happy roots and prevent pests. its very soft and not "harsh" by any means....there are species of mushroom that are known for growing up and through asphalt and old concrete...not letting anything stand in its way... as do tree roots and other roots in general. time to hit the faq.

if you don't wanna look like a dick and stir up shit then it would be a good idea to post what you meant instead of a one line smart ass comment. just an idea.

i don't see anything wrong with that soil. those pics are great man. very nice work. i do love those kush strains. keep up the good work and good luck.
