Cloning an early hermi.

    I was wondering if a plant hermies early in flowering due to stress is it ok to clone and not stress it and have a female. I think it would be a 50/50 but would like some other opinions please.

    I have two thoughts on this:


    1. Once a hermi always a hermi.


    2. Cloning will only stress it more.

    So do you think the clones will hermi as well, even if not stressed or the initial stress caused the plants hermi tendancies to come out earlier than normal?

    Think about it.


    A clone is an exact duplicate of its donor. Female = Female, Male = Male, and Hermi = Hermi.


    Ditch the hermi and start anew.

    Right on this is my first ever on my own grow and was wishfully thinking I wouldnt have to ditch it and start over FML.

    Plant is scrapped and will be starting over soon. Thank you guys for the responses and advice, the main reason I love this site is good honest advice.
