3 weeks ago i cloned and the plants rooted and everything was going great then i noticed that some of the plants didnt have new vegetation on them. Taking a closer look I noticed that there is no place for new growth. Will it eventually grow or die or is there anything i can do?

What are they currently in? Depending on the technique you are using it could take up to a full month before you see significant new growth. If there are roots forming, and the leaves aren't dried up and dead keep going.
