I have a white rhino plant that I reveged to use as a mom, i trimmed the roots to about 6 inches below the net pot when I moved it and put it in the table with 3rd week veging plants. it has been looking and growing good until a couple of weeks ago when I put a fresh round of clones and changed the nutes to week one veg, now she is back on week 3 nutes, but she has a bunch of yellowing going on all over and the roots are dark.

The other plants in that table are fine with long blonde roots. Did I mess up trimming the roots and/or is it root rot and I should get it out of the table and trash the plant?

Could have infected them during or after trimming the roots. I'd get some peroxide in the res if you don't have it already for a couple days then change out and add some beneficial bacteria. Kill off the bad and replace with good. Should help the problem.
