well, I'm having a problem. my leaves are curling (UP, not down) and dying on the plants in my flower cab from about the top 8 inches down. I don't really wanna lose all that foliage because I spent so incredibly long vegging them (10 weeks), but it's not wanting to stay.

could that just be because I have 4 large (waist high, probably 18-24" wide) plants under a 400w HPS or is it something I should worry about?

no camera atm... the leaves are not changing color or showing a deficiency I can recognize, they're just curlin up and fallin off.

You were right with your first comment. It's heat stress more than likely.

Do your leaves look like this? If so for sure heat stress.

but you could be right. I had high daytime temps for about a week inside the cab... just fixed that problem with a new ventilation system. in addition, i'm going to install an AC unit in my small apartment, and if I keep the ambient temps in the apartment around 70, the cabinet shouldnt get much more than 10 degrees hotter. that's this weekend's project.

in addition, I went to Ph the runoff water, and discovered all my plants need flushing in a bad way. I think this could have made that problem worse.
