I just recently recieved some tiger bloom from mail. On th back it states for best results use a PH adjuster up. Now considering they are talking about using it on buds can anyone suggest a organic PH adjuster up? And then do I test the mixed fert before app to check PH?
Yep and yep, when a majority of all ferts out there arent ph balanced they tend to almost always bring the ph levels down. I have only found one good available organic source that brings the ph level back up and its bonus is its also a good all around fert and thats Peruvian Seabird Guano 10-10-2 [previously was 11-13-3, not sure why the parts changed, probably the source location changed.] When I use in my normal fashion of a sealed jar with 1/3 PSG pellets then fill jar to 2/3 full of water, let sit a day and then shake it good, I can usually use a one for one tablespoon to even out the ph of my fish emulsion or TigerBloom. In testing trial and error I found the avg tblspn of fish emulsion/Tigerbloom will drop a gallon of water one full ph point and the tblspn of PSG will raise it one full point. I have got so used to this that its been a while since I last needed to test my ph. The reason the jar is kept sealed will become obvious later. If you think fish emulsion smells bad, send it tenfold and thats what PSG smells like. Thats the other thing people like about soil-organic weed and thats the superior taste and the best way to get there is nice smelly ferts. The plants really love it the first 2-3 weeks before and into flowering, before and after those times I will ease up on its use.
I bought a 32oz tiger bloom from the mail, and when I got it and looked at it, I poured it away on a crushed limestone driveway, because I thought it wasn't organic. Any way in my opinion it is a poor example of an organic fertilizer and doesn't reflect the whole point of natural fertillization derived from organic ingredients, read the ingredients on the bottle, YO!
the tiger bloom is not a complete bloom fert. it is intended to be used in conjunction with the big bloom. the tiger bloom is not 100% organic, but in my opinion it is still a very good combo.
