I fully pollinated one Rx female with the male, the other two I did manually with a q-tip. I also pollinated two branches of an ak-48. I am beginning to see the seeds bulge out of their calyx homes. I'm assuming I should wait until I see that they are brown to harvest, correct?
Wait as long as you can. I've had different results with different strains. Brown doesn't always mean ready. I've had some seeds that I pulled early that sprouted, and some that I thought were not only mature but rather robust-looking and I got one out of 20 to germ (though it was cut early, the seeds looked nice). edit: If they're busting out, they're probably good. Plop them in some water, and remove the floaters (no good) - not too long of course, then dry 'em out.
