In Search of THE Strongest Strain!!!

I'm looking for the strongest strain (available) in terms of THC content vs. THC inhibitor (THCV and TBD) content for the best pound for pound hit from a bong. Useless, I'm lookin' at you right now and anyone that has info on the name of the strain and where I can order it!

 

I'm conducting the same search myself. So far I'm looking at Herijuana pretty close, but would like something not quite so indica dominant.

 

Why? Are there drawbacks to heavy Indica dominant plants? Smaller=less yield? Or somthing along those lines?

The Heri is wonderfull. The buds are not huge and the taste is strong but it will set you back believe me.

So it's mostly indica, branchy, flowers 7-9 weeks, grows like a sativa (I hope that dosen't mean what I think it does), and has a whopping 25% THC percentage! 30 Brittish Pounds for 10 seeds so that's appx.??? The value of the Brittish Pound against the U.S. Dollar is 0.64760 currently so that would mean that the dollar is worth less than the pound so does anyone know how to convert this? to take you to math class!

I said I didn't like indica because of the lazy couch-lock stone it produces.


I want to grow that one(herijuana) for other people though. Seems most people I know "grade" their bud by how totally fucked up it gets them. The harder it is for them to move around and function, the better it is.


GO figure, I like to be able to function and feel happy, not lethargic and conked out. I like sativa's/sativa dominant, but a good 50/50 hybrid is hard to beat too.


Sativas grow taller and lankier, indica's are shorter bushier.


Sativa is a more head-high/cerebral, indica's are more body stone, lazy couch-lock; the narcotic type high.


I need to study hybridization more because I want to come up with a medium height, heavy producing, very resilient, heavily narcotic yet cerebral plant. There's something like that already in existence, I'm sure, but I want to come up with my own just to say I did.

Very interesting quest though! I'll be watching! And waiting to see the results. And you're right I DO wanta get fucked up! If I have stuff to do I just get it taken care of, go home, and get "stuck" in the evenings on some killa!!!

another great hybrid is the Madonna. Fast grower tastes like grapes kushy taste. Its out right now maybe it will return. It is a fine plant. I have some going in the current grow.

Im totally with you on this. It makes me nuts when people say, "this isnt as good as the......" becaise it didnt throw them ass-bound to the sofa for three hours.


There's a time and a place for everything. In the daytime, when I have stuff to get done, I love my Juicy Fruit! I KNOW it isnt "killer weed", for cryin out loud. That's WHY I CAN smoke it in the day time and still function. To me, it's more my "go-to" anti-depressant, everything-is-ok smoke. Sometimes there's something to be said about being to hold a conversation without saying, "uh...what was I talking about?"


For partying, a Sativa is my preference, too, just one with more kick. At night by myself, sure, a kick-butt Indica is great. Lie on the couch and listen to music, pig out, go to sleep---and have colorful dreams!


My husband used to have this flip-out, unfolding leather case with lots of little pockets--in each little pocket was a pinch of different weed--labeled, "party","sleepy", "giggles", "horny" and "forget-about-it". LOL! No wonder folks called him, "Doctor Mike".


Whatever the mood or circumstance, there's a perfect strain.

I have smoked some sativas that are like a rocket into outer space. I have smoked indi's that will knock down an elephant.


It all depends on what you consider "the best".

Its all about the mood Im in and what I am doing. If I am working I like the go get em high. If I am relaxing and ready for bed I like that two hit nighty night knock down and go to sleep. Nice when you are able to have both.

the Highest test reults i have seen personally was an outdoor Chem D that tested at 28% with .986 CBD.....If your looking for the strongest strain i suggest you look Outside....

 

Useless, is it true that the trichomes on the cannabis plant are for protection? Ya know like a deterent to bugs, shield from the elements, etc?


I know that in tobacco plants, the nicotine acts as a protection agent, as it is poisonous, so when bugs eat it, they get sick and maybe die. I'm kind curious if this is really what the trichomes/cannabinoids in cannibis are for, as a protection element, because if they are, wouldn't it stand to reason that strains/plants meant for/acclimated to the outdoors would be more potent?


They certainly have a lot more to contend with outdoors than they do in.


I mean selective genetic crossing aside, would an outdoor plant produce more canabinoids than the same strain grown inside?
