My recent attempt to grow in local woods went horribly wrong after a week of straight rain has flooded the area. I take it as a sign that I was not meant to venture in those woods. So I've decided to grow a bit closer. Like my back yard, I was thinking of using the LST method to keep them low to the ground so that I can grow them in the garden in my backyard. Unfortunately I still live at home, but no one ever goes out to our garden. I'm thinking the plants would: 1. be less noticeable from afar 2. possibly not even recognizable to those who have never seen marijuana since they'd expect a large upright plant. Any comments? I know it's a bit risky, but growing period is risky.
Dude, Growing on your parents property is just bad Kharma waiting to happen. If you get caught, they get in the most trouble. They could get nito some serious trouble, like lose there house lawyers, charges. Keep it in the woods off your property. IMO
how old are you, bub? You should know better than to grow in your parents yard. Now if you can talk your parents into agreeing, then that's another story since they're the ones at risk to lose everything they've worked for. I don't know your parents, but I'm sure that they don't deserve that.
You make a valid point. I totally overlooked that small, yet crucial detail. I would never consider it if I lived in a neighborhood or something like that, but I live in a rural area and my closest neighbors are a football field's length away. I don't have fencing, but very large privacy hedges. The garden is full of plants that somewhat resemble marijuana including catnip. Though I can't imagine how any authority figure besides my mother would ever find them or for that matter be on my property, in the unlikely event something were to go terribly wrong and they were found I wouldn't be able to forgive myself as I am a guest in my mother's home. She doesn't have a problem with me smoking weed, but I have never confronted her about growing it.
dude im in the same situaton.... rain has been fucking over my plants.... I also live at home but i made sure to put my plant just outside of our property... "What marijuana plants" not on my property, not mine.. but back to the rain issue its been raining for a week straight and my plant is literally drowning.
If your livin in a rural area then you should be able to find some little out of the way spot to put a coupla babies. Be smart. No one ever 'plans' to be busted. It just happens. Stay cool and be careful.
