medical marijuana question

    I live in washington on the border to idaho. a friend of mine's mother is a MD as well as naturopathic doctor and i was thinking about seeing her for my migraines... so here's my question. can she (living and practicing in idaho) recommend medical marijuana for me (a washington resident) and keep both of us legit?

    I dont think so but I have been wrong before. I am pretty sure the Dr has to be under the flag of a MM state
