OIL EXTRACTION BY BUTANE

    OIL EXTRACTION BY BUTANE

    Hi Guys,

    Its my first time making Oil and need your expert advice.

    In a tube 3/4 x 18 filled with Buds only, I have already used 26 oz of Butane, the oil is still coming out but dark green.

    I saw a posting suggesting to wash the tube and the MJ at the end with Iso 91%, what do you say?


    How much additional Butane should I use?

    If the butane is comming out dark green then it has been in contact with the buds for too long and disolved the chlorophyll aswell. How many drain holes do you have in the bottom?

    Thank you DuffMan, No drain hole, covered with 2 coffee filters.


    The matter is not even grinded, should I grind and try again?
