    need help too

I would like more information on how to make tea with blood meal and bone meal. Is it as simple as letting it sit in water for a week? And when you water with it, do you just pour off the water or do you also pour out the wet "tea leaves"?

I can't speak for blood meal, but with Guano there is no directions for a tea to speak of. Get an airstone, and mix what you would like in your tea, then brew it for a few days.

no directions on either boxes, you must measure to get exactly the n-p-k you need. If you have an application guide then you do not need directions. 15g of bloedmeal for every litre of water. same for bonemeal.

Bone meal takes over a month to break down and blood meal is a little hot for use with young plants, so I would stay clear of making tea of them.

I use alfalfa as my base tea and then I add guano (bird or bat) to raise the specific n-p-k value I want boosted. For example, add one cup of ground up alfalfa to a 5 gallon bucket filled with water. I like to use a sock or a stocking as a "tea bag" so I don't have to strain the mixture once brewed.

Let the alfalfa mix soak for a few days then add 2-4 tablespoons of high P bat guano (to make the tea a bloom booster) and let it soak another few days. When done the tea will stink to high heaven; and this is a good thing. This tea will kick the the butt out of any bone/blood meal tea and is also cheaper to make.
